All bookings include free transfers upon arrival and departure by our private driver from and to the ferry or Bequia airport.

We will greet you with our comlimentary homemade rum punch as a welcome treat.

The free use of our full broadband wireless internet around the sitting, pool and bar areas.

High quality ipod dock to be used anytime at your own leisure.

Large beautiful rooms with seating areas and en-suite bathrooms. The suites are located in various areas of the large estate mansion giving a very private feel even if one is in a large group.

Staffed compound where service comes with a smile - includes our kitchen chef, waitress, maids & laundry service. We have received various accolades from numerous magazine such as Gourmet and Foders praising our kitchen.

Use of entire compound and estate grounds. This includes open air bar, patios, balconies and freshwater pool with infinity waterfall + jacuzzi.

Breakfast, lunches & multi-course dinners of choice, by our experienced kitchen chef. If all 6 rooms are booked guests will solely be asked to pay shopping bills making it considerably cheaper. If guests book rooms they are free to choose from our delicious daily menus.

The Old Fort comes with the free use of your very own private vehicle if all rooms are booked.

In contrast to most other establishments, we do not ask additionally for the customary 15% Government Tax and Service Charges. It is up to guests how much they would like to tip the staff to acknowledge the service they have received.

Booking Procedures
Send us your details and requested dates. You can also click here for our online booking form, which you can fill out and email back to us at your convenience.
Deposit - We ask for a 25% deposit, payable through MasterCard, Visa, bank draft, personal cheque or cash. Final payment is due 4 weeks before arrival (8 weeks for Christmas bookings). The deposit is refundable up to the time when the balance has to be paid. We would be happy to credit the amount paid for a stay at a later date, if for whatever reason, guests who have paid have to cancel their trip. Payments made via credit card are subject to a 5% bank fee, however there is no fee for direct transfers. We recommend travel insurance in the event of flight delays or cancellations.

Liability - We cannot be held liable for injuries or damagse to a guest or his/her possessions, unless damages caused are a direct result of gross negligence on our behalf. We assume that everyone using the pool area can swim. Children and those who cannot swim should be supervised at all times. Damages to The Old Fort or its contents should be reported to us. Guests may be asked to pay the cost of repairs if damage has resulted from negligence or abuse of our property.
